Swag Bandits - an Unreal Technology game

This is a game which was created as an assignment at university.

We had to use Epic's Unreal Engine 4.

It is a multiplayer game in which players take on the role of robots, infiltrating a futuristic museum displaying ancient human artifacts in order to pilfer as many as possible in a set time.

Gameplay revolves around picking up loot items from within the world, avoiding security devices, and thwarting the opponent with the use of stun mines, smoke bombs, the ability to push. By effective use of these, a player can force their opponent to set off alarms and go to jail for a short time, or otherwise interrupt their looting efforts.

I was in charge of a group of nine designers, with the help of an art group and tech group; all of whom have provided stunning visuals, flawless gameplay and a quick pick-up-and-play design.

My task was to organise and utilise the talents of nine individuals, including third-year students like myself, and second year students.
